Seatguru work

Included within the TripAdvisor Flights Group, SeatGuru is known as the ultimate source for airplane seating, in-flight amenities, flights shopping and airline information. With a cult community of dedicated frequent flyers who help maintain and improve the accuracy of the site content, you need to be sure that the experience is fulfilling. I am the creative lead for all projects and new offerings across mobile, tablet and desktop.

Manpower Work

Manpower tapped The Martin Agency as part of a rebranding campaign to become known as a workforce solutions company versus a traditional employment agency. We unified ManpowerGroup's multiple businesses in over 72 countries into 4 international, clearly defined business units. I was able to define and design the digital needs for this transition and multiple business launch, ensuring that users, employees and investors had a unified message across multiple, international touch points.

Pizza Hut Work

Creative lead for all Pizza Hut digital experiences, campaigns and social. Directed two teams concurrently from strategy to production on multiple initiatives. The Martin Agency needed to update their existing blog–based site into one that showed off their award–winning work, and gave a peek into the agency culture. It needed to be fun, hip and completely new. I was brought in to help design an experience that was as delightful as it was functional.

BFGoodrich needed an enriched experience for their existing website. It had a dated functionality and did not appeal to their brand loyalists. We focused on the energy of their target audience and brought together an online community of car enthusiasts to fully engage with the brand.

Chestnuthill Realty Redesign

Two sites, one corporate, the other looking to generate higher lead conversions for their 4,000+ apartment units from Boston to Providence. Both sites needed to feel unified within the brand, yet flexible enough for each property to sell itself individually, all while sharing content between numerous third party tools for up to the minute availability.

Kivivi Branding and Design

Complete experience package for a startup with a unique business model to help smaller spas and salons gain market share using social media to interact with local customers by sharing professional tips and deals. Meta – Entertainment Product Proof of Concept IA

Proof of concept for an online service that would stream with live television. Partnering with television networks and advertisers, this would allow users to gain insights and interact with information from their favorite shows and sporting events in real-time.

Hi! I’m Andy. That's me and my family, and we're lady bugs. Well, not me. I was a Man Bug, and I was tough let me just tell you.

That was Halloween a few years ago. Don’t worry, we’re not freaks - not that there is anything wrong with getting all dressed up with your family as insects, if that’s what rings your bell. But I don’t think that’s what you came here to read about is it?

No, you’re probably thinking, "I like his stuff, but would I want to work with him?" Am I close? Well, let me give you a few tidbits that you might get if you met me at an office holiday party, and we’ll forget all about that dressing up like a Man Bug awkwardness.

So I'm married, have a wonderful daughter, son, cat, house… It took me a while to get here though — I've been a professional cook, waiter, financial service rep, car salesman, and comedian all before I took the leap to experience design and advertising. They may sound like a random assortment of positions, but they all taught me a hell of a lot about communicating to 95% of the folks who don't fit into my own demographic.

It's all about listening, and trust.

If your target audience doesn't trust you, you're not listening. It's that easy.
